How to Login to the Tenant Portal.
  • On the Login screen, click sign up link.
  • Enter your Account # (Located in your URBANISTA Welcome email - contact info@urbanistaorlando.com if you can't locate it.)
  • Input your email address (will be your username)
  • "Click "sign up" button.
  • Check your email account for the finalization email
  • Click on the "Finalize" link
  • Create Password
  • Confirm Password and click "Verify"
  • Enter your Username and Password to login

The best way to report any problems with appliances, plumbing, locks, or even a non-working AC is to complete our Service Request, while logged onto your portal. Be sure to be specific on what the issue is and to provide the best times that we can send a vendor to make repairs. Remember to provide the best contact number to reach you to set appointments for the vendors. All our vendors are licensed and insured, as well as approved by the building Homeowners Association.

We will respond to these service requests within 24 business hours. Emergencies should be reported via both the online service request and voicemail service. Please remember some items require owner approval and may take longer to have repaired/replaced.
